After attending the University of Wyoming in Laramie for his undergraduate studies, Dr. Holland studied for his medical degree at Creighton University, Omaha, Nebraska graduating in 1980. He then went on to complete his Internship at the University of Vermont Medical Center, Burlington, Vermont and his Fellowship at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha, Nebraska. He joined the Centers for Gastroenterology in 1994.
