Dr. Julian graduated from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry in 1988 and completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Washington Hospital Center in 1992. He graduated with a medical degree from University of Alabama and completed a fellowship in head and neck surgery in 1995. Dr. Julian has worked in the private sector in Fresno, CA, as well as Portland, OR., and now serves as director of the OMFS program located at the Deran Koligian Ambulatory Care Center of Community Medical Centers. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
