Robert N. Staffen, MD, FACC, is a cardiologist and is certified in cardiovascular disease by the ABIM and in echocardiography by the NBE. He is a cardiologist at the UPMC Heart and Vascular Institute, Latrobe. He received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University and completed his residency and fellowship at the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine/Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. Dr. Staffen joined the UPMC Heart and Vascular Institute in 2000. His clinical interests include non-invasive cardiology and echocardiography. Dr Staffen lives in Latrobe with his wife, has two sons, and enjoys golf, hockey, fly fishing, and travel.
