Brief Intro

Robert F. Mancuso M.D is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, fellowship-trained in Interventional Spine & Pain Medicine, and has received additional training in minimally invasive spine surgery. Dr. Mancuso focuses on providing comprehensive spine care using the latest minimally invasive and non-operative techniques for the treatment of neck and back pain. He uses fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided techniques to treat a wide array of conditions. He makes great efforts to minimize the use of controlled substances by incorporating a more holistic approach with physical therapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, and tailored personal training. The practice, located in the heart of lower Manhattan, is an Interventional Spine and Pain Management office offering on-site services for the diagnosis, treatment, and management of neck and back pain. Tailored to provide individualized care for each one of our patients no matter age, injury, fitness, or pain level. The office is equipped with onsite X-ray and ultrasound imaging, electro-diagnostic testing, bracing, and an interventional suite where procedures are performed. MRIs are provided via an affiliation with New York Radiology Partners and physical therapy is provided on-site by SPEAR physical therapy.Dr. Mancuso’s obsession with health and fitness is evident in his practice of medicine.
