Brief Intro

R. Clarke Stewart, D.M.D. completed his undergraduate training with a B.S. degree in Biology from Mississippi College in 1980 and graduated cum laude from the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry in 1987. At the time of graduation, he received the Dean's Scholarship Award and the International College of Dentists' Award. He was inducted into Omnicron Kappa Upsilon Honorary Dental Society and also into Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. Dr. Stewart received his Certificate in Periodontics from the University of Alabama in 1989. Dr. Stewart is currently on staff at River Oaks Hospital. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Mississippi Association of Periodontists, the Southern Academy of Periodontology, the American Academy of Periodontology, and was inducted into the American College of Dentists in 2006. He has also served as president of the Jackson Dental Society and as president of the 4th District of the Mississippi Dental Association. He is presently President Elect of the Mississippi Dental Association culminating his Presidency in 2009. He is currently serving as president of the Mississippi Wildlife Federation
