Brief Intro

A native of Philadelphia and a long-time resident of the Abington area, Dr. Snyder received his undergraduate education at the University of Pennsylvania. His Medical School training at Temple was followed by a residency at Abington Memorial Hospital and a Fellowship at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. Dr. Snyder is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, and Critical Care Medicine. Since 1982, he has been part of Abington Pulmonary & Critical Care Associates, Ltd., where he is the Medical Director for Critical Care. At Abington Memorial Hospital, he was Past President of the Medical Staff and is a current member of the Board of Trustees. He particularly enjoys working at a teaching institution with a residency program. Dr. Snyder appreciates the opportunity to serve the Abington community, while living nearby and raising a family. His interests include baseball, skiing, and reading.
