Dr. Leff was born in New York City and graduated from UCLA and Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He is board certified in Urology, a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and has been practicing urology in Tarzana for the last 26 years. He is on the teaching staff at USC and he is an expert reviewer for the California Medical Board. His practice involves all aspects of urology but he specializes in urinary incontinence in both males and females, overactive bladder syndrome and minimally invasive procedures for the treatment of incontinence and prostatic enlargement.
