Dr. Speisman received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the New York University School of Medicine, and completed his residency in General Dentistry at The Genesee Hospital. Dr. Speisman is a diplomate of the Board of Special Care Dentistry, and a Clinical Instructor at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. Dr. Richard Speisman has been treating patients in our practice for over thirty years. Dr. Speisman spends most of his time overseeing the Department of Dentistry and the Pluta Dental Center at Rochester General Hospital.
