Richa Gupta, MD, MPH, is an advanced heart failure specialist at MedStar Washington Hospital Center. She is board certified in cardiovascular disease, cardiovascular magnetic resonance imaging, and internal medicine. Dr. Gupta provides care for patients with a wide range of heart failure diagnoses, including those with newly diagnosed and longstanding heart failure, as well as patients being evaluated for or who have undergone heart transplants or LVAD implantation. Her goal is to work with patients to control their symptoms and improve survival, but also most importantly to do everything possible to improve their quality of life.
