Lakeside OB/GYN is a new clinic to the Lake of the Ozarks. We opened our doors July 7, 2008. Dr. Rene Galan and Dr. Kevin Hooker established their relationship while training at Louisiana State University Health Sciences. During their residency training, both physicians primarily followed high-risk pregnancies and complicated gynecological cases. They also learned to surgically treat pelvic organ prolapsed and urinary incontinence. Both Dr. Hooker and Dr. Galan explored many different opportunities before selecting Lake of the Ozarks. They have been delighted to be able to work with a wide range of age groups. The are happy having discovered this wonderful area where the doctor can still be more like a friend. The doctors are looking forward to many years of patient care.
