Brief Intro

I chose to become a doctor to combine my interest in working closely alongside people with my passion for medicine, a field in which I am continuously learning and thinking critically. I had previously considered a teaching career, but I learned that in medicine, I am able to educate patients about their health, development, medical conditions, etc., then empower them to achieve their health goals. I enjoy forming longitudinal relationships with patients and families, partnering with them throughout their lives for any healthcare needs or concerns. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, baking, going on walks with my family, visiting (or FaceTiming) friends and family, and watching sports (Go Gamecocks!).
