Dr. Ralph DePalma is a founding member of East Bay Perinatal. A prenatal diagnosis expert, Dr. DePalma serves as East Bay Perinatal’s designated consultative Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialist, assisting staff on the practice’s most challenging cases. A graduate of the Georgetown University School of Medicine, Dr. DePalma completed his residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and his Maternal-Fetal Medicine fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center of Dallas.
