Dr. St. Louis is Board Certified in Neurosurgery by the American Board of Neurological Surgery and is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. His neurosurgery training and education were completed at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He also completed additional training in Pediatric Neurosurgery as a Fellow at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Canada. He was the recipient of the William E. Lower Fellowship Thesis prize for the most outstanding thesis on a clinical subject.
He has been active in the practice of Neurosurgery in Orlando and Central Florida since 1983 and has held numerous leadership roles in the Neurosurgical community. Dr. St. Louis has a particular interest in emerging technologies and techniques in the management if brain tumors. He also has special expertise in the management of complex spinal disorders utilizing minimally invasive surgical techniques.
Dr. St. Louis has contributed numerous articles to Neurosurgical literature and is actively engaged in research and clinical trials. He holds membership in many local, regional, national and international neurosurgical organizations and is actively involved in several community programs and organizations.
