Dr. Peter G. Mavrelis joined Internal Medicine Associates in 1981 after completing a Gastroenterology Fellowship at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. He completed his Internship/Residency at Milwaukee County Medical and graduated from medical school at the Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. He obtained his undergraduate degree at University of Chicago. Dr. Mavrelis is board-certified in both Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He held faculty appointments at Medical College of Wisconsin, Wood VA Hospital, and Froedert Hospital and is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor at Indiana University School of Medicine.
