One of the nice benefits of working in our orthodontic office is the relationship that we build with our patients. If treatment is indicated, we will be seeing you on a regular basis for a number of months or years. We enjoy hearing about our patients’ activities and we hope that as you begin to feel comfortable in our office, you will share with us some of the things that are important to you. Dr. Silcher and his staff want you to have a positive experience while you are in orthodontic treatment. Getting to know one another is the first step.
Orthodontics is a highly specialized field of dentistry that involves many years of schooling. Dr. Silcher’s undergraduate studies were done at Stanford University. He then attended the University of California School of Dentistry in San Francisco. His two-year postdoctoral orthodontic training was done at the University of Southern California, where he was recognized for Clinical Orthodontic Excellence. Dr. Silcher is board certified. Currently, Dr. Silcher serves as the President of the Montana State Orthodontic Society.
Dr. Silcher and his staff continue to take several continuing education courses each year and participate in many seminars to ensure that his patients receive the most up-to-date care.
If you were to ask any staff member what they enjoy most about working in our office, they would probably say that they enjoy seeing the children, teens and adults in our practice on an on-going basis. When it comes to children, we have lots of experience. Between the doctor and staff, we have over a dozen children of our own, from pre-school to young adult. We are all family-oriented people and are involved in our own children’s activities when we are not here in the office.
