Brief Intro

Dr. Perry Larimer studied for three years at the University of Minnesota before being admitted to the University of Tennessee College of Medicine, where he earned his medical degree in 1971. He trained as an intern at Methodist Hospitals in Memphis and also served a fellowship in oncology with Dr. Irvin Fleming of Memphis. He was Emergency Room Director at Methodist Hospitals from 1973-74, then serving his residency in surgery there. He served his residency in urology at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine. Dr. Larimer has been in private practice in Memphis since 1978. He has actively pursued advanced post-graduate training on urological topics. He is certified by the American Board of Urology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Outside interests are golf and antique clocks.
