"The most important aspect of patient care is creating an open channel of communication. After an individual’s concerns are identified, a personalized treatment regimen is designed. Successful treatment is dependent on educating my patients regarding their condition and therapeutic options. I try to make every effort to achieve a good relationship with each of my patients."
In 1992, I earned my medical degree from the University of Chicago – Pritzker School of Medicine. I then completed an internal medicine residency at the University of Cincinnati in Ohio, where I also completed a dermatology residency. I was on staff in the dermatology department at Duke University prior to moving to Milwaukee, where I have been in private practice.
I am board certified in dermatology and a clinical assistant professor in the dermatology department at the Medical College of Wisconsin, where I teach residents and medical students.
My special interests are in adult and pediatric dermatology. I particularly enjoy the treatment of psoriasis, as well as the detection and treatment of skin cancer.
Away from the clinic, I enjoy tennis, playing the piano and spending time with my family.
