Paul Goldshlack, D.O., F.A.C.O.I., who specializes in invasive and noninvasive cardiology, is certified in Internal Medicine and in Cardiology by the American College of Osteopathic Internists. He graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1977 and completed his internship at the Zieger Osteopathic Hospital/Botsford General Hospital program in Detroit/Farmington, Michigan. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the same program and completed a cardiology fellowship at the Albert Einstein Medical Center (Northern Division) in Philadelphia. That was followed by a preceptorship in angioplasty at Borgess Hospital in Kalamazoo.
In 1983 he joined Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine as a full time Assistant Professor in Cardiology until 1988 when he transitioned to become an Associate Clinical Professor while beginning a solo private practice in general cardiology. He has continued his private practice in Lansing since that time and expanded his practice to St. Johns in 2005. He has served as an Associate Medical Director of Non-Invasive Cardiology at Sparrow Hospital since 2000 working to support the hospital cardiology service line for all the cardiologists who practice at Sparrow.
Professional society memberships include the American Osteopathic Association, Michigan Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons, and Ingham Osteopathic association. He is a fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Internists.
