Patrick A. Mahon, MD, FACS, is American board certified in general surgery and a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons. He received his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh and completed his general and vascular training at the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Hanover, New Hampshire. Subsequent to this, he spent four years in the U.S. Air Force at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City. He was also on the faculty of the University of Oklahoma School of Medicine and taught vascular surgery at the Oklahoma City Veterans Hospital. Dr. Mahon completed a three month fellowship in endovascular surgery at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. In 1991, Dr. Mahon joined Dr. Clutterbuck and The Surgical Care Group was formed. Currently Dr. Mahon is chairman of the Department of Surgery at Catholic Medical Center. Dr. Mahon specializes in general, vascular and thoracic surgery.
