Norma Oller-Magpoc, MD, graduated from the University of Santo Thomas Manila in the Philippines, where she also completed a rotating internship. She completed a surgical internship at Beekman Downtown Hospital in New York, N.Y., where she also completed residencies in general surgery and internal medicine. Dr. Magpoc has fellowships in nephrology from Long Island College Hospital in Brooklyn, N.Y., and Norfolk General Hospital in Norfolk, Va. Dr. Magpoc is a retired Colonel from the US Army. Prior to joining Bon Secours, Dr. Magpoc was in private practice. She is a member of the Virginia Beach Medical Society and the Virginia Medical Society. She is also a member of the Community Faculty of Eastern Virginia Medical School, where she is associate professor of clinical medicine. , she is medical director of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Nursing Home and Marion Manor Assisted Living.
