Nicholas Casscells, MD is a third generation orthopedic surgeon who is fellowship trained in orthopedic foot and ankle surgery. His surgical skills include arthroscopy, deformity correction, and ankle arthroplasty. He treats the whole patient and not just the foot and ankle and believes it is important to listen to patients and their problems related to their feet and how it affects their life. His special interests include deformity correction of the foot and ankle including flat foot and cavovarus foot, ankle ligament reconstructive surgery, total joint arthroplasty of the ankle, and acute trauma to the foot and ankle.
