He began his undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University, earning his B.S./B.A. in Finance.He earned his Medical Degree from Meharry Medical College in 1997 and completed his residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology (OB/GYN) at The Ohio State University.In 2000, Dr. Milroy J.
