Dr. Michelle Graf Dr. Michelle Graf earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Dr. Michelle continued her education, and graduated from the University of Illinois Chicago Dental School. Dr. Michelle’s love of dentistry is derived from the variety of treatments available for patients, which makes each day interesting and rewarding. In her free time, Dr. Michelle enjoys playing tennis, taking walks, reading, and of course, spending time with her three active boys. The Welcoming Committee When you walk in the door at Graf Family Dentistry, you will be greeted with the warm smiles of Kay and Sue. Kay not only welcomes you in the door, but she also provides you with valuable insurance expertise. Kay enjoys the relationships she builds with people and the variety each day brings her way. This is what has kept her working in the dental industry for over 20 years. In her free time, Kay enjoys spending time with her family, including her dogs, traveling, baking, reading, taking walks, needlework, and boating. Sue also takes great joy working in the dental field, as she has been in the profession for over 25 years. Sue’s longevity enhances the quality of service patients can expect to receive at Graf Family Dentistry. Hygienists Graf Family Dentistry is fortunate for their outstanding team of hygienists. Sue, Nancy and Amy have the invaluable ability to work with patients on a personal and professional level, making each trip to GFD an enjoyable one. Sue earned her dental hygiene degree from Madison Area Technical College, and has worked in the field for over 20 years. Sue has been a part of this office for 12 years, serving as a familiar face to Dr. Hammond’s patients after the Practice was purchased by Dr. Graf. Sue has four children to keep her busy outside of work but she also enjoys boating, reading, craft projects, and spending time with her family. Nancy has worked in the dental field for over 30 years. Nancy started her career as an assistant, where she developed a solid background in dentistry. She went to assisting school at Lakeshore Technical College. She then went on to graduate from Madison Area Technical College to become a Hygenist. Nancy has a genuine love for the patients she works with and enjoys the diversity and changes that the dental atmosphere has to offer. Nancy has several hobbies to keep her active, including crafts, biking, and spending quality time with her family. Amy became a dental hygienist upon graduating from Fox Valley Technical College, and has been in the dental industry for over ten years. Amy’s passion for her career in dentistry is derived from her love of service work and helping people. Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with children, her family, friends from Fox Valley Tech, as well as her friends from high school. Amy’s hobbies include scrapbooking, traveling and shopping. Assistants The assistants at Graf Family Dentistry know the importance of facilitating the dentists during any procedure. Kathy and Holly are dedicated assistants, who share sincere compassion for the patients. Holly has worked in den tistry since 2001. In her nine years of experience, Holly has learned that going to the dentist can be daunting for patients, but she takes great satisfaction in cheering people up and making them feel comfortable in the office. In her free time, Holly enjoys listening to music, especially ‘80’s, spending time with her dog, Bean, and hanging out with her family and friends. Kathy enjoys working with patients, demonstrated by her 20 years of experience working in the dental field. Kathy has many hobbies including gardening, decorating, walking her dogs, and reading. Jen has been an assistant for 5 years. Jen loves dentistry and interacting with patients. She enjoys reading, movies, singing and spending time with her family and her kitty.
