Michael Knudsen, MD FAAP is originally from St. Louis, Missouri. He has lived in Raleigh since 1992, and has worked for Growing Child Pediatrics since February of 2003. He is married to his lovely wife, Nancy and has three wonderful children; Spencer, Ellie, and Wolt. Dr. Knudsen attended The University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine. He did his internship and residency at St. Louis Children's Hospital at The Washington University School of Medicine/Medical Center. He did further training in a development/behavioral fellowship at The University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill. Dr. Knudsen is boarded in Pediatrics and is well versed in all aspects of pediatric care. He specializes in early intervention issues and the area of developmental delay/variation. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and anything related to ducks!
