A native of San Francisco, California, Dr. Perlman graduated from the University of Oregon and the University of Kansas School of Medicine. He completed his Internship at San Francisco General Hospital and his ENT Residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Dr. Perlman also served in the United States Navy Medical Corps. Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons, Dr. Perlman is also a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, the Richmond Academy of Medicine, the Medical Society of Virginia and the Virginia Society of Otolaryngology
