Dr. Michael Paparella, our founder, took his B.S. and M.D. at the University of Michigan. After serving in Europe, he became a member of the faculty at Harvard Medical School, then at Ohio State University. From 1967 to 1984, he chaired the University of Minnesota%u2019s Department of Otolaryngology, leaving to found this clinic. He has actively practiced otology (care of ears) and otolaryngology (ears, head and neck) for 40-plus years and remains active in research and education. He has authored/edited over 600 scientific publications and 63 books, including many on the topics of Meniere%u2019s disease and chronic ear infection. He has also trained 300 ENT doctors including 28 Professors and Chairmen.
