Dr. Flaming graduated from Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU). He later completed his internship in general surgery at the University of Arizona. Dr. Flaming finished his residency in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery also at the University of Arizona. He currently focuses on endoscopic sinus surgery, head and neck tumor surgery and thyroid/parathyroid disease at The Oregon Clinic, ENT Plaza division. Dr. Flaming has been featured as one of Portland Monthly Magazine’s "Top Docs" and is a member of many associations such as the American Medical Association and the Association of North West Physicians.
