I have two grown children, a daughter who is wonderfully successful in hospital administration and a son who has an MBA in Business and works to improve customer experience while developing software for the manufacturing and retail industries. I appreciate exercise and the feeling it gives me. I work at efforts to stay fit and work on core strengthening-hoping that I might be an example for others. I do enjoy kayaking, hiking, and cross-country skiing and snow skiing in Utah with my daughter every chance I get. And I, also, have a passion for reading and discussing with friends the books and observations about the mind-body connection and self-care approaches to wellness.
