Dr. Meagan O. Celmer earned her undergraduate degree from John Carroll University where she graduated with Cum Laude honors. After obtaining her medical degree from the University of Cincinnati, Dr. Celmer completed her residency at the Summa Health System in Akron, Ohio. Dr. Celmer then proceeded on with her education and completed a Cornea/Refractive fellowship at the University of Tennessee affiliated Wang Vision Institute in Nashville, Tn. Dr. Celmer, being a cornea-refractive sub-specialist, is superbly trained in LASIK, premium intra-ocular lens in-plants, as well as corneal disorders. She is well versed in the art of Keratoconus therapy, Corneal cross-linking and corneal transplantation techniques.
