Matthew (Matt) Reedy, MD, was born and raised in Ravenna, Ohio. In high school, he had a perfect 51-0 record as a senior in wresting. This earned him a full wrestling scholarship to Ohio University. He majored in medicinal chemistry with a minor in biology and wrestled on the varsity team for the Bobcats. He graduated from Ohio University magna cum laude. He then completed medical school, graduating with honors from Northeast Ohio Medical University. Dr. Reedy completed his intern year at Summa Akron City Hospital in internal medicine followed by a dermatology residency at Indiana University. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) where he enjoys mentoring medical students. He feels privileged to be practicing in Northeast Ohio near his family and friends.
Dr. Reedy is well-trained in general, pediatric, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology.
