Brief Intro

Matthew J. Honaker, MD, received his bachelors degree in chemical engineering from West Virginia University, and was associated with Union Carbide Corporation in Charleston before attending medical school. He received his medical degree from West Virginia University, where he completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology. While at WVU, he shared chief resident responsibilities and also served as resident representative to faculty meetings. He was the recipient of the Nursing Satisfaction Award at WVU in 2007 and 2009 and researched PICC line complications in pregnancy. Dr. Honaker is a member of the American Medical Association and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
