Since 2015, Matt Douglas Fay, MD, has been serving the DFW area as an interventional cardiologist. Dr. Fay earned his undergraduate degree from Rice University in Houston, and completed both his medical degree and residency from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. Following graduation, Dr. Fay pursued specialized training through a Cardiology Fellowship from Louisiana State University Health Science Center at Shreveport, and an Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at the University of Connecticut at Hartford Hospital. Dr. Fay has also been named Fort Worth’s Top Doctor for six consecutive years.
Board certified in interventional cardiology, cardiovascular disease, nuclear cardiology, and internal medicine, Dr. Fay treats cardiology issues such as coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, peripheral arterial disease, and atrial fibrillation. Outside of work, Dr. Fay enjoys swimming, playing tennis, and spending time with his wife and their two children.
