Dr. OMalley completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania and received his medical degree from Albany Medical College in Albany, New York. Dr. OMalley did his surgical internship and residency at Albany Medical Center. Dr. OMalley is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist whose services include cataracts and refractive surgery, oculoplastics, retinal injections, glaucoma and diabetes management.
