Dr. Mark Ballif, an Ogden native, graduated from Weber State College and the University of Utah School of Medicine before completing residency training at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He has practiced ocular and refractive surgery in Ogden since 1987 and founded the Mount Ogden Eye Center in 1996. Dr. Ballif has a special interest in laser vision correction and has been recognized as one of the top 100 LASIK surgeons in the nation for the past several years.
