Dr. Moskow is a native of Philadelphia. He fellowship-trained in hand and microvascular surgery at Sydney Hospital Hand Center, a world-renowned center for hand surgery in Sydney, Australia. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor, Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of California, Irvine. He is Board Certified with a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Surgery of the Hand. Dr. Moskow limits his practice to treatment of the hand and upper extremity. He resides in Laguna Niguel with his wife, Eileen, two sons and a daughter.
