Dr. Simon is board certified in General Surgery by the American Board of Surgery. He earned his medical doctorate from the State University of New York, Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse. He completed his Internship and Residency at St. Luke's Hospital in New York. Dr. Simon proudly served as Major in the United States Air Force. He was previously the Director of Surgical Services and Medical Director of the Wound Care Center at Montefiore Nyack Hospital. He is a member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons. He has held leadership positions with several associations in the county including President of the Rockland County Unit of the American Cancer Society and a member of the Executive Board of the Rockland County Medical Society.
