Lauri M. Williams, DMD, PC Dr. Lauri M. Williams is dedicated to helping children achieve and maintain beautiful, healthy smiles! Practicing since 2002, Dr. Williams earned her undergraduate degree from Auburn University before attending dental school at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. After obtaining her Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, she completed a general practice residency at UAB Hospital and additional training in pedodontics at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, School of Dentistry and the Children's Hospital of Alabama. She too completed training to treat special needs patients at the Sparks Center for Developmental Learning Disorders. To keep up-to-date on the latest techniques and technological advancements made in pediatric dentistry, Dr. Williams maintains memberships in many prestigious professional organizations. She is currently a member of the American Dental Association, Alabama Dental Association, the Birmingham District Dental Society, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Alabama Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the Birmingham Pediatric Dental Society.
