My family and I have lived in California for many years, but I was born in the Midwest. Growing up, the only career I ever talked about was becoming a physician. I love the study of medicine, but I have several outside interests as well. I read constantly, scrapbook, play the piano, love to swim and water ski, and spend most of my free time with my husband and children.
