Brief Intro

Dr. Burlingame-Lee is a Licensed Psychologist in Idaho and offers individual therapy focusing on well-being and maintaining mental health. She specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and works with people of all backgrounds. She is trained in addressing issues like insomnia, post-concussion syndrome, stress management, coping with distress, developing and healing relationships, issues associated with aging, trauma and abuse, and personality disorders, especially borderline personality disorder. Additionally, she enjoys working with religion and spirituality, when appropriate. Dr. Burlingame-Lee's training includes a doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Colorado State University, and she completed an APA-approved internship at the Colorado Mental Health Institute. She also utilizes working with journaling, visual arts, and other artistic activities to enhance self-knowledge and healing.
