Kosisochi Obinwanne, M.D., is a minimally invasive surgeon who has dedicated his career to performing bariatric and general surgical procedures, such as: cholecystectomy, hernia repairs, stomach intestinal and colon surgery, appendectomy and splenectomy. A board-certified General Surgeon by the American Board of Surgery, Dr. Obinwanne graduated in 2001 from the University of Ibadan College of Medicine in Nigeria, completed his general surgery residency at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center in South Carolina, and his fellowship training in Bariatric Surgery/General Surgery at Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center in Wisconsin.
