I have chosen not to accept insurance to provide more personalized and flexible care without the constraints often imposed by insurance companies. This allows me to focus entirely on delivering the highest quality care to my patients, with transparent pricing and no hidden costs. This includes referring my patients to the most convenient and cost-effective resources for lab testing, imaging, and other services when needed.
PRICING / PAYMENT INFO:
- $400 for a comprehensive intake with Dr. Karmazin including prior medical record and imaging review prior to the visit and prescriptions / referrals afterwards
- $250 for any follow-up visits as needed
- Payment accepted via HSA or CC and billed after appointment
