Dr. Simmons has been with Brevard Anesthesia Services, P.A. since 1984. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida, Orlando and his medical degree from the University of Florida, Gainesville. He did both his internship and his residency at Vanderbilt University, Nashville, TN. He is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and the American Academy of Medical Acupuncture. He is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, the Florida Society of Anesthesiologists, the American Medical Association and the Florida Medical Association. Dr. Simmons is a member of the Civil Air Patrol and enjoys flying and skiing for his leisure activities.
