Kevin L. Polglaze, DO, provides comprehensive care for patients in emergency care situations. Dr. Polglaze has extensive experience treating cervical spine injuries and toxic alcohol conditions. He has special interest in performing emergency ultrasound procedures. Dr. Polglaze earned his doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from Midwestern University-Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Downers Grove, Ill. He completed his emergency medicine residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. Dr. Polglaze is certified in Advanced Trauma Life Support and Advanced Pediatric Life Support, and he is an instructor in Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
