We provide direct primary care and OMT. We happily do NOT accept insurance. By paying us directly, we bypass the insurance middleman, and you have direct access to your physician. For $65 per month, you can be seen in person, through telemedicine, or even by email, call, or text Dr. Lofley directly. On the first visit, there is an additional $65 registration fee. You are then a member of the practice on a subscription basis, due each month. You can cancel at any time and get a prorated return minus the registration fee.Dr. Kent Lofley is board certified in family medicine by the ABFM and in family medicine and osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT) by the AOBFP.
