Dr. Rosinski has been an active member of the Northern Virginia community for over 30 years. Born in Buffalo, New York, he spent the majority of his childhood in the small, upstate Village of Waverly, current population 4,293. When his family relocated to Prince William County in 1973, he attended Stonewall Jackson High School, and played football for the Raiders his senior year. Dr. Rosinski directly credits his success in the dental field to the values and ethics instilled in him by small town life, team sports, and the hardworking integrity of his parents. He continues to follow all the local sports programs with a particular fondness for high school football and lacrosse. After high school, Dr. Rosinski worked his way through Virginia Commonwealth University - attending classes in fall, and working construction in the summer.  He completed his pre-dental education at VCU with a B.S. in Biology in 1978, and earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the Medical College of Virginia in 1983. He returned to Prince William County shortly after, establishing his dental practice in Manassas in 1984.
