At over 30 years Dr. Tsao has one of the longest established practices of plastic surgery and reconstructive surgery on the Central Coast. Dr. Tsao believes in the ethical and professional practice of medicine. He is a good listener and strives to fully educate patients so they can make informed and realistic decisions regarding cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries. Dr. Tsao is a passionate volunteer and leader serving on numerous Boards of Directors including the Foundation for the PAC, Mozart Festival, SLO Botanical Garden, SLO Co. Medical Board and French Hospital Community Board.
