Dr. Katina Villas is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in general ophthalmology. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Bryn Mawr College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. She then went on to receive her medical degree and complete an ophthalmology residency training program at Hahnemann University School of Medicine in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. Dr. Villas then moved to the Albany area ten years ago to start practicing ophthalmology. As a general ophthalmologist, she sees both adults and children. She performs routine eye exams as well as managing a variety of eye diseases such as cataracts, glaucoma, eye infection and allergies, macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy.
