Brief Intro

Dr. Hamilton has been a vital part of NOVA Pediatrics for many years. She was born and raised in Pennsylvania, then came to the D.C. area. After graduating from George Washington Medical School, she completed her residency and fellowship at Children’s National Medical Center. Dr. Hamilton, board certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Cardiology, is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. If she could choose an area of Pediatrics that she finds most enjoyable, it would be infant well baby visits. Newfoundland dogs are a large part of her home life. She is involved in raising and showing prize-winning dogs. Her home is filled with 5 “Newfies,” one Toy Manchester Terrier, and 1 cat. Dr. Hamilton is an avid football fan and, along with many Redskins fans, dreams every September of a Super Bowl season.
