Since starting as a neurosurgeon, Ive followed the same philosophy of care throughout my career: treat every patient like family. I take a conscientious, compassionate approach and explain each procedure in the most straightforward fashion. Ive found that this really puts people at ease and helps them feel comfortable about the decision-making process from simple to complex.
