Dr. Myung received her undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis. She received her medical degree and her Ph.D. in biochemistry from the University of Iowa. She completed an internship in internal medicine at Yale University, followed by an internship and residency in orthopaedic surgery at the University of Wisconsin. She completed her fellowship in pediatric orthopaedic surgery at Children's Hospital Los Angeles. Dr. Myung is active in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the Orthopedic Research Society, and the Pediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America. She also collaborates with The Saban Research Institute.
